QUALITY POLICY:Satisfying the standards required by our customers in time and quality, with the commitment to comply with current legal regulations and with the requirements of the organization; ensuring the profitability of the company with a focus on continuous improvement of our services, supported by trained and competent personnel.

CHILD LABOR POLICY: MYT recognizes that there are numerous factors, both economic and cultural, that influence the decisions that families make so that children enter the labor market; so we recognize them as agents of change in the fight against global poverty, while respecting the values ​​of all cultures within the workplace.

MYT strongly opposes the use of children as the worst forms of work, as defined in the International Labor Organization Convention No. 182 and Recommendation No. 190. These include:

a.- All forms of slavery or practices similar to slavery, such as the sale and trafficking of children, servility for debt and servitude and forced or forced labor, including the recruitment of children to be used in armed conflicts.

b.- Using, carrying or offering a child for prostitution, production of pornography or for pornographic exhibitions

c.- Using, carrying or offering a child for illicit activities, in particular for the production and / or trafficking of drugs

d.- The work that, by its nature and circumstances in which it is carried out, could damage the health, safety or morals of the children.

Dangerous child labor: are all those forms of economic exploitation, paid or unpaid, that are harmful to the physical, mental, spiritual, moral or social development of the child and exclude or interfere with the possibility of continuous school attendance at the normal pace for the age and / or stage of development of children. Any form of economic activity in excess can be considered dangerous, which often makes it difficult to define clear lines of acceptance (CARE, 1995)

SUSTAINABILITY POLICY: At MYT we believe that the sustainability of business will depend to a large extent on the efficient and responsible use of natural, human and financial resources.

NON-HARASSMENT POLICY: At MYT we reject harassment.

A person who suffers harassment intimidation or harassment is repeatedly subjected to abusive actions. These actions are forms of violence and can be direct or indirect.

POLICY OF NON-FINANCING TO POLITICAL PARTIES: At MYT, we recognize and respect the right of all of us who work to support and participate in partisan and / or political activities outside the company's own activities.

In these cases, the collaborators are expected to ensure that said activities do not go against the law and do not interfere with the duties and responsibilities inherent to their work in the company and that they do not commit them in any way.

Under no circumstance and in any circumstance will MYT be involved or related as a promoter, financial, diffuser or subsidiary to any political party, so it is strictly forbidden to use the company's name, logos, images, assets, or any other symbol that can relate to the company with any political preference.

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY: MYT prohibits its employees from discriminating in any action related to work, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, promotion, dismissal, payment and the terms, conditions and privileges of employment based on certain protected categories of the law (illegal discrimination). These protected categories are: race, creed, color, national origin, nationality, ancestry, age, sex (including pregnancy and sexual harassment), political affiliation, marital status, common-law status, sexual or affective orientation, atypical trait hereditary cell or blood, genetic information, responsibility for military service, or mental or physical disability, including AIDS and HIV-related diseases.

MYT prohibits intentional discrimination based on any of these characteristics. Intentional discrimination may take the form of differentiated treatment or statements and behaviors that reflect discriminatory or bias.

LOYAL COMPETITION POLICY: Fair competition is one of the main foundations of Free Trade.

Through competition policies, the behavior of companies is monitored and the interests of consumers are protected.

Thus, competition actions must always be perfectly justified. You can not make any kind of agreement with competitors that restricts free trade to others, for example: boycott (group strategies to eliminate a competitor from the business), manipulation of offers, price agreements, among others.

ANTI-CORRUPTION AND BRIBERY POLICY: The Zero Tolerance to Corruption Plan (ZTCP) states that: MYT is a company committed to respecting its Code of Ethics.

This Plan consists in the application of the Code of Ethics, with a special emphasis on avoiding corruption in the form of bribes, favorable treatment and other similar matters.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY: The MYT Code of Conduct can not contemplate any possible conflict of interest, so our collaborators are asked to use their conscience and common sense. When you are not sure, ask for advice.

Act in the best interests of MYT while doing your work for the Company.

A conflict of interest arises when your activities and personal relationships interfere or appear to interfere with your ability to act in the best interest of the Company.

Exercise special care if you are responsible for selecting or negotiating with a provider on behalf of the Company. Your interests and personal relationships should not interfere or appear to interfere with your ability to make decisions in the best interest of the Company.

When selecting suppliers, always follow the applicable contracting guidelines of the Company.

CSR POLICY: In MYT, corporate social responsibility goes beyond compliance with laws and regulations, taking for granted its respect and strict compliance. In this sense, labor legislation and regulations related to the environment are the starting point with environmental responsibility.

Under this concept are encompassed a set of practices, strategies and business management systems that pursue a new balance between the economic, social and environmental dimensions.

FORCED LABOR POLICY: MYT prohibits the use of any form of forced labor, including prison labor, forced contract work, debt bondage or slave labor and any form of human trafficking.

“OPEN DOORS” POLICY: MYT, congruent with its desire to be truly a socially responsible company, fosters interpersonal relationships between employees and the management line, having as its most important objective that any employee can speak / arrange a meeting / send an email with a Manager, or Director without recourse to his direct manager, or request special permits; With this we want to encourage teamwork as our collaborators are the most important part of this company.
